About me
Everything I am good at, I became good at on purpose.
The numbers on the other page are the part a hiring manager can check. This page is the part that explains them.
I am not naturally gifted at any of this. What I have is a tolerance for repetition that most people do not, built somewhere between five o'clock alarms, two marathons and a lot of cold calls that went nowhere before the ones that did not.
I wanted to work in design before I found my love for sales. It is why this site looks the way it does rather than like a template.

01 / Why I do this
The short answer
To raise the standard people set for themselves, so that they get what they are capable of instead of what they have settled for.
In practiceI hold myself to it first. I pay for my own coaching, I train before work and in October I am moving to a city where I know nobody. Standards are the one thing anyone can move. Most people never try.
Outside of work
Where the discipline actually comes fromTraining
Gym five mornings a week, first thing, before anything else gets a say. Currently training for Hyrox. An Ironman 70.3 is next and I would like it sooner rather than later.
Running
Most recent 10k in 41 minutes. Two full marathons, both run to raise money rather than for a time. Ran competitively for Southampton Athletics Club.
Charity
Those two marathons raised money for The Amelia-Mae Foundation and Oddballs.
Team sport
Fly half at rugby and a midfielder at football, growing up. Fly half is a useful habit to have. You are the one who decides where the whole thing goes next.
Chess
Online, obsessively. 739 elo as of right now, with 1000 firmly in my sights. I am including the real number because rounding it up would rather defeat the point.
Head Boy
Elected after a speech and a vote, not appointed. Then spent the year working with the headteacher on school events and fundraising. My first proper experience of having to win people over.
Reading
Constantly. $100M Leads by Hormozi and Think and Grow Rich on the go right now. Mostly psychology and self growth.
Music
I listen to absolutely everything, then come home to Deftones and Pierce the Veil. Not what people expect from a sales guy. I travel to London and Brighton for gigs to find new artists.
What is next
Available from October 2026In October I am moving to Vancouver. Not because I have it all worked out, but because I want to be somewhere that forces me to.
I love a challenge and this is very much the deep end. I am open on the role itself, anywhere in North America, remote or on the ground in Vancouver. What matters far more to me is landing somewhere I will learn quickly, with people who care whether I am good rather than how long I have been doing it.
